PLYMOUTH SWALLOWS IS CLOSED DUE TO COVID_19
Good Afternoon Everyone,
Firstly, thank you from all the staff here at Swallows for your patience in these uncertain times.
We understand any frustrations surrounding the last minute changes and alterations to the regularly scheduled sessions. Following the recent government directive it is with great sadness and regret that we must now announce that we will be closing our doors until further notice on Friday 20th March.
All of us at Swallows are devastated by the developments over the last week, but after much discussion we feel that we must put our members health first. As a Charitable Not For Profit Organisation we have many financial challenges to overcome. There are many misconceptions that we get assistance from the council and government but unfortunately, our only source of funding for running costs is our member’s fees.
We are asking that you support us during this closure, to allow us to maintain our club and team by keeping you direct debits in place if you are able to. We hope that the closure will be short lived and that we manage to get through this difficult time.
For our recreational gymnasts, i.e. 1 – 2 hours per week, we are asking you to pay £30 to secure your place. If you have already paid for next term, in return for your commitment and support we will replace the value of all lost lessons to members by way of a ‘voucher’ that you will be entitled to use against other Swallows activities for example: Next terms classes, Improver classes, Holiday clubs, Club Competition entry etc.
