Having started with a couple of pre school sessions aged 4 my son was asked to join the performance squad and hasn’t looked back. Now aged 10, he has been supportively encouraged to develop his talent and last year placed in the top 50 at Nationals. He has not only developed transferable sports skills, strength and stamina, practicing a sport he loves, but has also made close friends with his squad mates and developed a huge respect for his coach who is amazing, incredibly thoughtful and kind whilst being the discipline when the team need it and quietly encouraging them when they get stuck. He always goes the extra mile and we couldn’t ask for more in a coach. The boys in his group encourage and support each other despite competing against one another and are inspired by the older lads who are on the cusp of national squads and who help out and champion the younger gymnasts

My daughter Ruby has been with swallows since last October and I’ve seen such a huge difference in her confidence! Swallows has a real family feel where all the kids are nurtured and treated as individuals. She has come on leaps and bounds in a very short space of time going from a recreational to a competitive gymnast and this is all down to the coaches – I honestly can’t recommend them enough!

All the coaches are so lovely, incredibly kind and encouraging whilst also encouraging the children to reach their full potential. Scarlett absolutely adores her gymnastics and it’s impossible to get her to stop practising at home so that she can show her coach at Swallows
